Movement sessions

an individual approach to your process

Motto: Better movement through a mindufull approach.

I find it important to answer the fundamental question WHAT, what is this, what am I doing etc.. But I find it more interesting to look for the answer to the question HOW, how do you do WHAT you do, how are you speaking about yourself, how are you perceiving yourself in the space, how are you lifting your arm and so on.
In my individual movement sessions I stress the importance on the quality, on the style, on HOW are you moving yourself.

From my work as a Rolfer® I have a lot experience in analyzing the body structure and movement of my clients - and this strength I use to help you realize your movement patterns and find better options to move, which will translate to better options to live. In my toolbox are also self-massage, strength, mobility, breathing, neuroscience-based and other somatic techniques which can help you in the process.

"Strength that has effort in it is not what you need; you need the strength that is the result of ease."
